Andy Vickery
Ex (aspiring) rock guitarist - okay, never actually discovered. Likes to dabble with studio recording, collects guitars and enjoys anything to do with music and well, guitars. Inventor of the Pickpokit: www.pickpokit.com (every guitarist needs one - blatant plug!).
A family man, Andy enjoys watching his son do martial arts, listening to his daughter making up songs and a good curry.
Enjoys reading - always got his head in a book - usually business related, which has undoubtedly helped since starting out as a freelancer in 1985.
Brands that Andy has worked with include BMW, Apple, Hasbro - Trivial Pursuit and Outburst, Glaxo, Denon Hi Fi, Mars and many others.
Andy has a CAM Diploma in Advertising and studied Strategic Planning through Henley Management College. Andy is a champion for entrepreneurial SME companies and after 25 years in business understands the challenges they face.

Following a BA (Hons) Degree from Loughborough College of Art and Design, Sue has amassed 20 years experience producing creative solutions for identity, branding, advertising, print and new media. There isn't much she doesn't know about the design process.

She has been fortunate to work on many prestigious accounts including Adidas, British Airways, The Halifax Building Society, Pentax and Redken haircare products.
Phil Langley
Phil is a guitar playing, mountain biking rock fan, who loves a ploughman's, golf, films, the coast, pop art, festivals, football and Friday night home discos with his wife and daughters.
As well as many of the Blazon projects displayed on this site, Phil has worked creatively for brands such as Volvo In Sport, Coopers & Lybrand, Traxdata, and Toys 'R' Us.
Following art school training at Amersham College of Art and Design, Phil began his design career in 1990 with Marlow Creative as a designer producing hand rendered visuals and illustration. He transferred his skills to the Mac as a creative designer at First Floor, before taking a senior designer post with Traxdata's in-house team and finally joining Blazon in 2002.
Interesting fact: One of his logo designs once reduced a client to tears (of joy) upon presentation. 12 years on it's still in use and working hard (for The Recruitment Consultancy).
